Going back to the roots

Here is a piece of work I did using charcoal. I enjoyed getting dirty and working freehand rather than using a Wacom Tablet. I wanted to illustrate a lady laying down on her bed in deep thought. What is she thinking? I do not know. It could be anything. I wanted to convey that she is really thinking of "what could have been better" in regards to the situation she went through.
