Was searching for some killer stuff on the web and found the girl. Her work is so great! Her illustrations are super funky and with colors which speak retro! Somehow it takes me back to the books I use to read back when I was a kid. I always read books with illustrations that has the same look and feel as Christina's, maybe thats why I love illustrating! You can tell all of her pieces has something to say - it draws you in...get it draws? mehehehe
Here is a little history about her:
Christina Ung was born in Bangkok - Thailand and she was 3 years old she moved to Canada and have never left the country since. At her childhood she used to play with lego and Barbies, toys that got started into the creative world. In 2007 Christina got her BAA Illustration degree at Sheridan College and since, have illustrated several clients. Christina's works already appeared in group exhibitions and have achieved great recognition.
