CorelDRAW X4

So, today I have messing around with CorelDRAW X4. It is actually quite a powerful app. I love how the vector drawing tools work so seamlessly. I am not pro...yet, but I feel that this program is way under appreciated. My only pet peeve is is that Corel only dishes this app for PC's and not MAC. I don't know why they don't offer this to MAC's anymore but to me they just shot themselves in the foot for being an only PC company. I remember when I was working with CorelDRAW version 8, they were par with Adobe. But then Adobe cranked it out and past Corel in the race. I am not sure how and why Corel let them but they did. What is Corel doing as far as catching up with Adobe? Now, CorelDRAW X4 Suite is available for $429 and the Adobe Design Standard Suite is $1399 and with that you don't even get the Photoshop Extended. I know for a fact the Photoshop is way more powerful than PhotoPaint, but combine PhotoPaint and Painter together you get quite the combo for basically the same price as Photoshop Standard. Adobe is great but they are also ass raping the design industry and everyone is letting that happen because people are lazy to learn an app that is just as good for way less money.

Here is some killer stuff done with Corel Products!

People, save money. Be on your game and be creative! In the end the client isn't paying for the app, you are! Corel get your thumb out your arse and come back in the game.
